⚖️ Official Cancellation Terms

1. 30-Day Cancellation Window (Software Only)

You may cancel your software subscription within 30 calendar days of initial purchase and receive a full refund of the base subscription fee (excluding setup and usage charges).

To initiate, contact our billing team using the information at the bottom of this page.

 

⚠ Note: The setup & onboarding fee is non-refundable, as it covers real-time labor (onboarding, DNS transfer, automation buildout, etc.).

2. Post-30 Day Cancellations (Month-to-Month Plans)

All payments after 30 days are non-refundable

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle

You must provide 30 days’ written notice before your next bill

Shorter notice results in one final billing cycle

3. 12-Month Agreement Cancellations

If you’re on a 12-month contract:

Notify our billing team using the instructions below

You must complete and sign an Early Termination Request Form

You must pay an Early Termination Fee equal to 2 months of your active plan rate

Cancellation is not complete until both form and fee are submitted. Platform access continues through your final paid billing cycle.

4. Account Parking Option

Need to pause without losing your data?

You can park your account for up to 6 months at $40/month

During this period, access is frozen but data is protected

After 6 months, billing resumes at your original rate

Reactivate any time by contacting us

5. Data Retention & Account Deletion

After cancellation, you have 7 calendar days to request reactivation

After that, all CRM data, phone numbers, automations, and campaign assets are permanently deleted

We do not retain data beyond this window unless you park your account

6. Non-Refundable Charges

The following are always non-refundable:

Setup and onboarding fees

Usage-based fees (SMS, email, call charges)

Unused subscription credits

Partial month usage or inactivity

7Downgrade Instead of Canceling

Want to reduce costs or don’t need certain features but stay with us?
Not a problem.  Just contact our support team to explore downgrade options. You’ll retain access and data, at a lower monthly rate.  

8. Company-Initiated Terminations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, without refund, under the following circumstances:


  • a. Platform Misuse or Abuse
    – Attempts to hack, disrupt, overload, or otherwise compromise the security, stability, or functionality of the platform.
    – Use of the platform in a manner that interferes with other customers’ operations.

  • b. Violation of Terms of Service or Applicable Law
    – Unauthorized use of intellectual property, prohibited content, spamming, TCPA/telemarketing violations, or other illegal/unethical business practices.

  • c. Fraudulent or Excessive Chargebacks
    – Multiple disputed transactions, suspected fraud, or attempts to reverse legitimate charges without cause.

  • d. Consistent Payment Issues
    – Repeated declined charges, expired or invalid credit cards, or failure to maintain valid billing information.
    – Accounts more than 15 days past due may be suspended until payment is resolved, and accounts more than 30 days past due may be terminated.

  • e. Non-Cooperation or Bad-Faith Use
    – Repeated failure to comply with onboarding requirements, abuse of support resources, or use of the system in ways clearly outside its intended business purpose.

  • f. Failure to Maintain Required Accounts or Compliance
    – Includes neglecting to maintain valid business registrations, or failure to comply with carrier/advertising regulations (e.g., A2P 10DLC, Facebook/Google ad policies).

g. Refund Policy: No refunds, credits, or pro-rated balances will be provided for terminations initiated by the company under any of the above circumstances.

9. Cancellation Process

To cancel your subscription:

Contact our billing team (info below)

Use subject line: “Subscription Cancellation Request”

Include:

Your full name

Your Smart Lead Digital account email

Your reason for cancellation (optional)

We’ll confirm within 1–2 business days. If eligible, refunds are issued per our Refund Policy.
